Colleges with the Lowest Acceptance Rates
Acceptance rates were down in 2014 at many Ivy Leagues, with Stanford University topping the list of colleges with the country's lowest acceptance rates.
Stanford accepted 5.1 percent of applicants to its freshman class, followed by Harvard University, at 6 percent. Yale University accepted 6.3 percent of applicants, while Columbia University accepted 7 percent. Other Ivies in the top 10 include Princeton University and Brown University.
